Caring for your cookies after pickup:

With rising temps and humidity, cookies take longer to dry and high contrasting colors have a chance of bleeding onto each other, even if the air conditioning is blasting.  Make sure you keep them in a cool, dry area.  DO NOT refrigerate them - oddly enough, even though they freeze well for great freshness, the refrigerator can actually dry them out!  Cookies may be extra tasty but are also very finicky!
